Doug, Thank you for showing us Springer Dr today. It is more work than we thought and we will not be putting an offer in on that house. However, we would like you to be our realtor - if you will have us. We know we are not the easiest to please and hope that in your experience you've come across many first time home buyers like us and understand. We both feel comfortable with you and personally I am ready to let someone else take the reigns for the house hunt and go about it like most people do - let a realtor help. I don't know if Jimmy and I will even find the exact house, but if you could please help us find something we can compromise on, that would be amazing.
